why does my chest feel heavy when i cough, inhale and move

heaviness in the chest can be a cause of many things with some being more serious than others, please call your doctor right away.

do you feel the heaviness when you're not moving or not coughing?
do you have any other symptoms?
do you have a cough from a cold?

I second fufu - go see your doctor or get to a medi-clinic right away.

Pleurisy, bronchitis, injury, costochondritis, inflammation from some other illness . . . lots of things can cause your symptoms.
 
I am with the others, get yourself in to a doctor right away.

It might help, (until then) to keep you head higher than your chest, rather than laying down flat.
