Why does my car make noise when I turn the engine on, the noise sounds like a hissing noise, last a few seconds only. This noise only happens when the engine is cold, few times a month. One more thing, this is a Sport Montero, 98, with over a 100,000.00 miles. I was told that my battery is running low, but I'm sure this is a separate problem.
