why does my car make a buzzing sound when i accelerate?

okay i have a 2002 rsx type-s and when i accelerate hard or get on the throttle it makes a weird buzzing/hissing sound kind of like a plastic bag and the wind blowing on it i cant really explain it but its really annoying, i heard it could be like the exhaust heatshield or something like that but im not sure. It only makes the sound when i press the gas pedal all the way to the floor, if i just barely tap the gas you cant hear it
