Why does my car creak when I hit the brakes?

10 minutes late

I pulled my 1990 Accord out of mothballs so my nephew could learn how to drive. After sitting for nearly two years, I was very proud when she started right up after only a jump.

Anyhow, I took her for a spin and noticed when I hit the brakes, the front passenger wheel makes a loud creaking noise, even a hard click sometimes. Could be my imagination, but almost feels like she's pulling to that side too. Anyhow, the CV boots are in great shape, the pads are thick and evenly worn and rotors are smooth. I even bled the lines just to be sure. The shocks and struts are actually in great shape (150K miles, almost all highway). The ONLY thing i noticed odd was that the bushings were very unevenly compressed, but nothing looked bent. The other side looked fine.

What's wrong with my car?
