i broke my old phone so i just recieved a new phone from the insurance we have. my mom already programed it and switched my number over to it. i just got it this morning since i had to pay her off but it wont even stay on. it will turn on and do the verizion tone but only halfway and it goes dark and then the verizon logo comes on. it does it constantly. it will only stay on for a second and then it goes back to the logo. what can i do?
