Why DOES mY BLOWER MOTOR KEEP going OUT? 2002 Cadillac Deville?

I have replaced my BLOWER MOTOR with a brand new blower and again IT Went out like the ORGIONAL did. I only had the new blower motor in for a few days..was working perfect and stoped blowing. Again I checked the fufses like I did before I replaced the orgional and all seem to be fine. Does anyone know what will make the brand new blower motor keep going out?
