For the last few times I have thoroughly cleaned his tank and given him new water, my betta fish has been floating sideways on the surface of the water due to and enlarged swim bladder. It usually resolves within a day, but still, it is stress on the poor fella. For some reason it seems as if he prefers dirty water as he swims merrily in that. So why the swim bladder problem after I change his tank? thank you
