Why does my belly make noises in a test?

when im siting in a test my belly all ways make noises.Its like i need to fart to be honest but i don't :S .. can you help me try make it stop? .. Why does it do itt?

It happens to me too. It is just because you feel you are not hungry and you are nervous for the test as well
