Why does my Bell tv's PVR record Community instead of The Big Bang theory if a third show is being watched?

Now that it's baseball season, my dad is going to want to record a lot of games when we go out. The problem is, I already have two shows recording at Thursdays at 8 and my TV will only record two things at once. I'm more than happy to let my dad record his game instead of one of my shows, considering he pays for it and I record something almost every single day, but every time he records something, it defaults to canceling the timer for the Big Bang Theory when I'd rather it cancel the timer for Community because my brother and mom also watch TBBT and I can just watch Community online later. On the schedule, there's a little green clock with a 1 next to community and a little blue 2 next to TBBT (and with all the shows that are the only thing set to record at that time.) I figured this might have something to do with it. I clicked set priority to put Community below TBBT, but it was already at the very bottom, so I don't know what else I can try? Any ideas? Aside from having my dad go through and cancel the timer for Community before setting the timer for his game, that is. Because my dad's knowledge of how the TV works is even more limited than mine.
