few seconds? When I start my car, all the lights on the dash light up temporarily while the system checks everything, and then they all go away. When I shift into drive and take off, every time I near the stop sign at the end of my street, right before I brake, the ABS light turns on and stays that way until I shut my car off, then does the same thing the next time.

When I first got the car, the ABS light was on constantly from the time I turned the car on. I checked the ABS fuse under the hood, and it was blown, so I replaced it. Now it only turns on a few seconds after I start driving the car like I mentioned. Does anyone know what this can be? The fuse is still okay and hasn't blown. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

so have you open the hod and check the brake fluid have you jack it up and removed the wheel and check the brake pads... really it is your brakes.. should have stop doing what you was doing when it came on and had it look at any shop.. much smarter than not stopping dont you think
