My neon overheats every time i drive it after just a few minutes. I have already replaced the thermostat and the cooling fans are working. When i shut it off the antifreeze in the overflow tank is bubbling. Sometimes it steams from the radiator and sometimes steam comes from somewhere under the overflow tank. It sounds like there may be a bad pulley so would that be the water pump?
