Why does my 94 Buick Lesabre sputter when idling and driving?

I have a 1994 buick lesabre we have had to replace the starter (among a few other things) but now when you start it up it idles rough and then when you start to drive it it starts sputtering and acting kinda like its not getting enough gas? We are thinking it could be the MAF sensor? it seems to run a little better when its warm outside..HELP!
 
when last basic tune? plugs/wires/cap/rotor

what computer scan say.

vacuum leak...spray all the little balck hoses with wd40 while at idle...andy speed up/slow down shows leak
