...radiator and didnt replace waterpum? i bought a new waterpump but didnt put it in yet
 
The biggest part left after replacing the radiator would be the water pump. Since you have the water pump I would highly recommend that you put it in. Though it is quite a hassle, at least in my jeep. I had a heck of a time getting it in. I would recommend removing the alternator and a/c compressor to make your life easier as the bypass hose is very difficult to get to.
 
Could be a plugged radiator. I had a Toyota Celica years ago that over heated no matter what I tried. I finally had the radiator rodded out, and never had a problem with it again.
