I have a 1985 Crown Victoria LTD, a few months ago while driving at night my lights just went out and I had to hold back the flash to pass(turn signal lever) in order to keep my brights on, and clicking it back would not turn them on I had to literally hold it back. Well, I hit a deer and prior to that my low beams would go out without the brights on, but now the low beams will stay on(as far as I know, haven't drove a long time yet) and the lights will only go out when I put the brights on....about 10 minutes after. I looked this up online and could only find newer models with the problem and the solution was replacing the Light Control Module which is 300$....I can't afford that! so is that the problem or is there an easy fix?
