Why does media refer to the mother & "grandfather" of the kid beaten in...

...Chicago but not the real dad? (That "grandfather" is not the kids' real grandfather.)

How does 0bama know which adult male to pay his condolences too? Was there some kind of scientific breakthru in Chicago so that a male isn't needed to create a child?
 
I think the family can take care of those issues.

Because now there are mass amounts of single mothers whos kids turn out to be criminals and wastes of spaces because they had no guidance.
