Why does Jesus tell his disciplines in Luke 24:49 to say in Jerusalem where

in Acts he ascends to heaven,? but in Matt 28:16 we are told the disciplines went to Galilee (a district north of Jerusalem)?

Did the disciplines disobey Jesus?
