Let's just say you're right, co2 is causing the Earth to warm up. It's a foregone conclusion. Fine.

End funding to study "Global Warming". We don't need studies to figure out what's causing it.

Start importing small fuel efficient cars that can't be imported into the US because of Union protection.

End ruralification programs that tax cities to subsidize suburbia. This would cut back on people who commute into cities everyday.

Stagger work hours to cut back on gridlock.

Nuclear power. Get over your fear of technology.

End government protected monopolies of the power industry. Open the grid to free markets so people can buy from the cleanest producer.

Privatize the FAA so airlines can take the shortest route, not have to be forced to fly arbitrary fixed routes that take them hundreds of miles away from their final destination.

These would work but they don't follow the desires of the believers. They want you to believe so government can pass greater restrictions on your life. "Global Warming" is nothing about freedom.

Right?

Privatize FAA = less regulation = more defective planes and a much more dangerous flight.

You don't seem to understand the real world issues here

Ending funding to study "Global Warming" is stupid using the same logic we would have stopped studying when we got the first reactor working. or stop development of the car after the Model T.

There is no ban/block on small imported fuel efficient cars I have a very nice VW Golf diesel.

The best way to cut grid lock is to carpool or use public transport

Nuclear power, nothing to do with a fear of technology more to do with a fear of radiation or fear that the technology still isn't good enough, ignoring Chernobyl, as proponents usually make the claim it was poor quality Russian built, you still have Three mile island and several failures in Japan whose reactors are every bit as advanced as ours.

Your last point just seems to descend into the conspiracy stuff that few take seriously.

I believe the people who really do know what "global warming" is are afraid of the affects this will have on our planet and life, who cares about money when 6 billion people will die. You do understand that shifts from large cycles like this end with massive extinctions, dont you? We should be worrled about our survival, not money. How can people survive through large catastrophes without knowing what causes them and why they happen, ignorance will not save your life, knowledge will.

The problem with you as that you cant get over the fact that money will be made by corporations that are looking to make a buck by driving us in a green direction, well news flash for you buddy, someone always profits in a capitalistic economy. You have to forget about whats actually causing "global warming" and understand that it really doesnt matter because in the end all we care about is how this will affect our lives...the worst thing that can happen is that we will lose our lives, why continue to argue that it isnt caused by man, who cares, just know thats its real and that you will die if you dont go a step futher.
