such as now posture themsel? themselves to be organizations that fight women's injustice. Except, they don't. When a true injustice occurs such as an honor killing, war rape, the kidnapping of children from their mothers in African countries, etc., leaders of the large feminist organizations are very infrequently heard from and when they are it is often not a very vocal event.
In fact, the mainstream feminist organizations tend to never talk about anything except trifling and trivial women's considerations in North America and western Europe.
So why is their so much effort to cover up the western mainstream feminism movement for being just another selfish and self-serving political movement that is out for its own wealth of power and self-preservation? Can feminists on here at least admit that the current movement rewards itself with a much greater sense of self-importance than it truly deserves?
-What I mean to say is that mainstream feminism and it's organizations are there for gaining privileges for itself and its supporters like most other political groups which are not reform based.
Women and men have been trying to do so, however the movement often rejects and opposition and tags them anti-feminists. Camille Paglia, Christina Hoff Sommers, Jean Bethke Elshtain and Elizabeth Fox-Genovese all have made an effort and so far not succeeded in getting the movements leaders to pay much attention.
These women may not represent all of my views, however they had started off from a much better perch than I do create change in the movement and been ostracized for the merely disagreeing with feminist conclusions.

@True Brit Good enough! I was not aware of this campaign.
Well, perhaps I spoke too soon about the present state of the movement.
