TB, She asked Britain to "negotiate" the Falklands sovereignty with Argentina, this is on record and was in the news recently. Argentina has never owned the Falklands and negotiation would imply otherwise.
TB Perhaps you should get informed and understand the implications of the UK conceding to agree "negotiations" about UK overseas territory which we have legally owned since 1690
