Theres this guy... I admit I have feelings for him, even though I shouldn't. He's my co-worker, and yes I know about co-worker relations.
Anyway, We've gotten close, kissed and what not.. but my thing is.. he will occasionally IM me... the past two days he's been IM'ing me, been nice and happy with me at work, and then today he pretty much ignores me at work... I mean he talked to me, but usually he'll linger around to chat or what not.. and he didn't. I realize this is something that can't happen everyday, but I don't really understand. He shared some really personal things with me last night... things that I never knew about him. So today I saw him online and decided to causally IM him, his responses are general, no emotion, no nothing... so did I do something wrong? I don't really get what's going on. Yesterday he was fine, and now today he's... weird.
He's done this before as well, somedays he's great and flirty, other days just ,,, well like I mentioned. Any advice?
