i agree some are really WILD...but at least she covers up unlike other female singers who think less is more. my two younger cousins (9 and 10) love her and i would rather see them be wild and funky then trashy and skanky

Because the Producers of the show thinks that what kids think is "Cool" or "Hip". They're trying to make her look more Fashionable.
I just think that Miley is really into the whole "Hannah and Miley are two different people!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE! BELIEVE ME! I DONT WANNA BE HANNAH! IM QUITTING WHEN IM OLD ENOUGH TO DRINK!!!!" thing. Everyone knows that she likes being herself better. She makes Hannah go crazy and stupid... and then she gets rid of her second identity all together.

I TOTALLY THINK THE SAME. miley has good outfits but then hannah is like getting outfits that are wierd like that colorful poofed dress over that purple top made me think she is like bringing retro wild or whatevers or something but idk that's my opinion. she is probably creating a new style because you know how girls on disney have awesome outfits going over tops like a spagetti strap top over a T shirt and skirts over leggings. i guess she is going overboard with that.
