Girls are extra careful with themselves because their wombs are always available and always carries babies. No matter what age they are. I honestly think god should create every single female's womb becomes available by 18 to 21! Or boys' nuts developing to have sperm by 18 to 21! Safe than sorry! If I'm goddess, I'll create them like this!
