Why does everyone think having an outdoor dog means its ignored and abused?

Due to parent rules. i will be able to get a dog (a malamute) but i must keep it outside. I will buy it a heated dog bed, i will let it sleep in garage during the winter, it will have tons of shade during the summer cuz im up in the woods.. why do people think this is a horrible idea?

i think dogs would much rather perfer being one with nature rather then being cooped up in a house..

AND i wont chain the dog, it will hav an electric fence over like 5 acres of land or something
