Why does everybody debate for or against healthcare reform but nobody states...

...what the reform is? It seems like republicans and democrats strongly state their opinions but nobody talks about what they are defending. Even Obama when selling does not state what the reform is. Why is that? I feel like I have to choose sides but no side is explaining themselves

I haven't seen anything in writing as of yet. How can we decide what's true and what's rumor if we aren't allowed to read it?

The Speaker of the House wants to keep it hidden from the public eye because it is huge, tremendously expensive, and fatally flawed. It is just like that Cap and Trade thing they worked on in June--bad all over. She just wants to shove it down our throats, just like Cap and Trade.

and the republicans plan is the status quo
