I tried to create a disk image of my Windows 7 computer, then when I put the disk image into my laptop, it would not load. I tried to create a disk image of my Windows 95 computer, then when I put the disk image into my laptop it said the file hal.dll was either missing or corrupted, but it wasn't. Then I tried to create a disk image of my Windows XP computer, and I get a black screen. The hard drive that has the copy of all the OS files is not damaged. What else can be the cause? I tested the disk image on all three computers also.
