Why does Dale Junior get to count Bud Shootout victories as Sprint Cup wins?

I was looking up on Jaskies about the states of Dale Earnhardt Jr, they are giving him credit for Gatorade Dues, and Bud shootouts as Sprint/Winston cup wins.

Why don't other drivers get to do that?
