Blacks soles are light brown, not white like white people. It looks abnormal because their skin is dark therefore making it look brighter. Blacks also have darker tongues, but the color of their skin makes it appear lighter.
And also black people are the only people on the planet that can have lips brighter than their skin tone. I've seen blacks with big pinkish red lips and dark brown skin. Like Dennis Rodman. His lips are way too bright for his skin tone.
