Why does Arsene fail to nurture English talent like David Bentley?

This is a serious question...Bentley is talented (no use slating him now that he is a Spurs player Gooners, he was once called the next Becks by you guys) yet he was not developed in the same caress with which Arsene nurtures French talent like Nasri (giving them time etc)

What doesn't go right with Arsenal and English youngsters?

OQ: Will Gibbs and Wilshere be Bentleys as well?
