Why does apple vharge ridiculous amounts of money for their accessories? I just bought a 3rd gen iPod touchr. I paid $320 for it, and it comes with cheap crappy apple headphones, they had some sort of a remote on them. I saw how much they cost seperate, and they were $40 for just plain apple headphones, I have a pair of $30 headphones, and they have a way higher sound quality
than apples. I also bought an apple wall charger, it was $35, I mean it's just an adaptor you plug the FireWire cable into. The $40 apple headphones same quality as $10 panasonic earbuds, they even look the same. It probably cost them like $0.25 to make the earbuds, and the wall charger in china. All their products are great but very, overpriced. People always shop at the cheaper stores like wal-mart, and apples just chasing away customers. If you can buy a $50 iPod replica that works exactly like an iPod does everything it does, then that tells you that the knock off sellers are making a profit, large enough to make a living.
I have a lot of apple products, and they are all incredibly overpriced. Don't they realize that they will get way more customers if their crap is cheaper.
