White gloss goes yellow quicker if it doesn't get any sunlight. [as you will see if you leave an object on a white windowsill] but you can get some good paint that does not yellow as quickly.
Dulux non-yellowing white gloss paint is really good, and will stay white for years even if it is in an area that gets no sunlight at all.
Brilliant white will not yellow any quicker than "normal" white.
