evening? Interference? It just started happening recently, if I shut the tv off and back on it goes away.. but a few minutes later pops back up. The symbols/letters that appear are always different. Is something from a neighbors house interfering or trying to communicate with my tv? It didn't do this before we moved the tv to this house. Usually it will not do it during the day and then in the evening it starts up. I know it's not the cable because I have a dvr and when I rewind it the box is not there. What do I do? Is this a problem with the tv? could it be fixed?
