My boyfriend bought a 1972 Dodge Demon to restore. We live in the bible belt and the elderly lady that he bought it from painted over the demon emblems on the inside of the doors. What confuses us is the outside front fenders have a "dart" emblem on them. The VIN code checks out to be a 1972 and the body style is definitelty demon not dart. Original is a 318 engine. Did it ever come new this way?
Thank you, we know it is a demon body style but every image we have found had the demon logo on the fenders. Why would this one have dart emblems?
