Why do you think the headlights on my 1990 Ford F-150 won't work?

It's not the fuse. The wires in the switch look fine. The parking lights work. The bulbs are not burned. I just had the drivers door window motor replaced. Everything works fine in the electrical system except the headlights.
The switch turns on the parking lights ok, just not the headlights. The fuse connectors are ok because there are other items on the one fuse that work properly.

check the fuses, wires, make sure there is no oil/grease or water any where near the lighting or wiring, make sure they are grounded correctly, and try replacing the fuse, or maybe you just have some bad connectors, also get a digital multi-meter and set it to volts and see if your getting any power at all to the wires. it should read 12 volts if you touch red to red and black to black. also check the wires in the back of the fuse box to make sure they are fastened correctly.

Normally I'd say the fuse but it looks like that is ruled out. Check the connections in the fuse panel for corrosion to be sure, and check the plugs and such on the wiring to the lights. If all else fails, it's probably the headlight switch itself.
