I'm not too smart...But I got a new desktop..It's a Dell Inspiron, and my dad says it can play any up to date PC games. On my old laptop, of course GTA IV wouldn't work! It wouldn't even get past the itnro screen.
But now, I have this computer, and the game actually works..But its a little..Twitchy, laggy..I don't know much about this computer, since I just got it two days ago but..

I don't know what any of this is. I just know that the problem with this game is that I needed a better video card..
Now, we're thinking about getting a video card next month..But it costs an extra 100 dollars. We don't know whether to get it or yet because..Well, the game runs fine. Not buggy or glitchy..It's just noticeably laggy..Twitchy, you know what I mean? It doesn't run smoothly like if I were to play it on my console.
Can anyone help me out, please? Much appreciated ^_^
