you would for using marijuana? I won't name names because that's already done in Congress, and noones done anything about it. Please explain whats up in a way that makes it sound like I should care what's illegal and what's not.
Luau, the steroids that atheletes are taking are 1. banned by professional sports, and 2. illegal under federal law.
