Why do you get gamer rage?

I was just playing call of duty and was constantly dying as soon as I spawned, I got really angry and just yelled what the fuck everytime I died, i'm not normally like this, most of the time when I get real rage it's from being fueled by something else, like my internet turning off EVERY 5 FRIGGEN MINUTES! so what gives you gamer rage
