Not at all. For as human breasts have evolved to be round and purty, so the human baby has evolved with flat or slightly upturned nose and wide nostrils to aid breathing. No human child will suffocate whilst breastfeeding; theiur faces are designed to allow close contact with the breast and latching on without ever affecting their ability to breathe.

Should also add that Mr Ejitling reckons 'more than a handful is wasted', so not all men prefer huge tits, and the only time mine ever looked anything like TITS as opposed to 'a handful' (and in all honesty, he's generous in that description), was when I was breastfeeding....
