Why do women dance their foot around when their legs are crossed?

I notice when women are sitting with their legs crossed that they eventually begin to dance their foot around really fast at times and a lot of times when music is playing.I never see guys doing this but maybe a little bit but the foot doesnt move all over and fast like a womens foot.Do women just have more energy then men in their foot?
 
it is a signal showing that they like something in there area that they are at and feel good around that group of people
 
im sure men and women both do this, but a lot less men cross their legs while sitting so you just see less of this... you dont have more energy in your feet if you're a woman
 
yup. hahah its just extra energy, or we are restless. or impatient. or we like the music playing
 
Oh coolio you do too know the answer. You are just trying to entice the ones with a footfetish aren't you? Actually, I do think it looks sexy especially when they don't know you're watching. Guess I'm a voyeur. If they knew I was watching I'd have to smile.

I don't understand those.... do you like big feet or small feet?
Oh and to answer your question I think it's cause we're restless
And guys don't do it cause then they would look gay. ;)
