Why do women complain so much?

i've had tons of jobs working with the public and everytime i get a rude customer complaining it's always women and it's not like they even have a reason to act that way either

there must be an explanation and i'm not being sexist or anything, just stating the facts

I Love Howie Carr: the women complaining are usually very...ugly, obese, older lol and no, i'm not ugly at all
 
Not all, but lots do. What I hate the most is women (or sometimes men) who hint at things instead of right-out complaining. Like, I had a friend who was a girl over one day and two minutes after she walked into my house she started saying things like "Are you cold?" or "It's cold in here." or jokingly but kind of sarcastically "I might as well stick my head in a freezer." It's like, b*tch, if you're cold, turn on the heat. No one's stopping you.
