Why do women complain of rape more than men?

If a women is raped she starts World War 3 but a man who was raped doesn't make a big deal about it or let it ruin his life he eventually forgets about it. I've known a few men who were raped in prison and they just live there life and talk like normal people and laugh and they didn't do therapy or anything like that.
they act like a normal man not macho or whatever you call it.

The men who you know who were raped in prison are most likely putting up a machismo front as to not be labeled a little b*tch.

I knew a guy who'd done time as well..
 
How wonderfully sexist of you. Women who are raped suffer emotional trauma just like men who are raped do. And both sexes can refuse to talk about it or press charges. Funny, the men I know that were raped as teens just can't stay out of prison from some reason or another. I guess you can't know how it might feel to be raped or how it might affect you unless you've been there.

I wouldn't exactly call men 'normal' who commit felonies and that sort of thing.
