You can't ship most adult-oriented shows, most of them are "ship-proof" because the characters are already in committed relationships where they are married and/or have kids. I enjoy some of these shows, but usually can't find a good ship or just find it pointless to ship. They leave nothing to the imagination.
Honestly, I don't know why we watch animated kids shows. It could be the effects of seeing and enjoying a Disney film, or maybe a younger sibling or cousin is watching some toons and you decide to watch it with them. And then you get addicted.
