...think that non-religious folks? and religious folks would do nothing but evil here on earth without that book? Except for the 3 commandments which use god in them they are very good guide lines but there were many folks living them before they knew anything about a bible or god. It's really ashame to think of all the religious folks who would run amuck if the bible book wasn't written. It really shows how religious folks are so insecure and dependent on this book. Why do you think you would go start stealing, start killing, start coveting your neighbors goods, and wife, why would you all of a sudden start lieing, stop loving your parents.
Religious folks just don't seem to have any faith in their fellow human beings. That is one reason why they need this book so badly

"The book" has so much more than how to be good. Please don't impose your limited views on others.

You know what I hate? I hate how so many people here equate "religious" with "Christian." As if there weren't any other choices.

Newflash: I am deeply "religious," and I don't give a rat's anus about what *any* book says, nor do I need anyone to tell me the difference between right and wrong. So before you start generalizing, watch the wording you use so you don't inadvertently annoy a whole lot of people.
