Why do they take your pregnancy book away...?

after you give birth? I used to love sitting reading mine when I was pregnant and would love to read it now as I had writen my birth plan and everything in it. I think it would have been a nice thing to keep to show my daughter when she is older.

Why do they keep it?
 
my sister got to keep hers, she is in the UK though.(not sure where you are) but if there is a chance mine will get taken i might make a copy so i can keep one, just in case they take mine too. sorry yours got taken i bet it would have been a lovely keep sake
