why do they still call, Kentucky "FRIED" Chicken Kentucky "FRIED" Chicken ? Dont

Because the Name "Kentucky Pressure Cooked Chicken" just does not have that same crispy appeal.

Pressure cooked usually conjures up images of soft meat with no crunch that falls off the bone. People want a chicken with crunch. Plus KPCC is a mouthful to say.
