D Dakota1 New member Dec 1, 2009 #1 ...eat but don't say why? I have a bunch of baking potatoes where the skins have turned bright green. Why shouldn't they be eaten? What will it cause, some type of illness? I hate to toss them, cause they aren't rotten. Thanx.
