why do the silencer of a bike makes noise, when the accelarator is low?

Its all about resonate frequencies...... at different (high)rpm's that same resonating tone will travel for thousands of yards. Thats what the screaming racerboy bike riders don't understand about riding at night on deserted highways and rattling someone out of bed a half mile away...(nice job morons)

Every time a bikes spark plug ignites the air/fuel mixture there is an explosion taking place which makes noise. Even the quietest mufflers cannot stop all of that noise from being heard.
