flash whenever i unplug it?
It wont work wirelessly every time i unpolug it as well.. Wtf?
 
update your firmware to 3.15 . it fixes bluetooth connection issues .
people need to start reading the playstation blog to know about these things , there's usually an easy fix like this ,
