They use sex toys. Don't you think it is weird since it looks like a certain part of the male anatomy (if you know what I mean).
I is also ironic that sex toys scare the crap out of me. Something just doesn't seem right when it is used by anyone gay or straight.
 
Simple: It's popular because it's not one, but two, sexually attractive women doing something sexual.

Most guys are usually turned off by butches.

Im bi and for me i cant speak for everyone else but
the women are doing all the work and pleasuring one another and it's just very appealing
