...morals, ethics etc? and women who are virgins are supposedly virtueous. Doesnt that view just do the same thing that over sexualization does - place a woman's value and self worth based on her sexuality? And what about men and thier virginity/non virginity?
just a thought I had after my great aunt told me i was going to hell for having premarital sex and that the woman is the gatekeeper of her sexuality.
like why does empowerment/agency have to be about sexuality?
