Why do some guys whine about other guys?

I have seen a bunch of questions on here posted by guys whining about male behaviour it sounds so girly. Or the will post other overly sensitive crap. Why do some guys do this?
Serious answers please.
I am not whining about the stuff regular guys do it is different smartasses. I am not asking stuff like why guys don't like chick flicks.
 
I have no idea, but it happens.....like when I talk about A-Rod or George Clooney being handsome the guys seem to get jealous and start making rude comments about those two guys....what gives? it seems like men make a sport out of sitting around and making comments not just about women but about women's BODY PARTS and that's "ok" but if I talk about how hot a guy is, the dudes act all offended as if I were supposed to be talking about them!!! :-)
